Tuition Rates and Information

*These rates apply to contributing parishioners of Nativity BVM, St. John Chrysostom, and others, who are subsidized by their home parish. To qualify for the subsidized rate, a family must maintain documented contributions of $20 per week to their parish. The parishes will notify MPRCS of qualifying families.
 
**Monthly installments over 11 months (July 2024 through May 2025). Registrations in the summer after July 1 will be billed at higher monthly rate to equal same annual amount.

Payment Options

Payments are due in installments over 11 months starting in July and are billed through the FACTS system. Annual and semi-annual payments options are available. If you have any questions regarding this contract or the payment options, please call the business manager at 610-876-7110 ext 124.

Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available based on need.  The eligibility for financial aid will be determined by FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, a company that works with many schools in our Archdiocese. You may apply for Aid online at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid .  The online application opens on November 1^st and generally closes in May.

Tuition Policy
Our policy is one of compassion, but requires advance communication should a family be unable to make a monthly payment and require emergency assistance.   This tuition agreement represents each signer’s commitment to pay the entire annual tuition amount, or the adjusted amount due after financial aid.
 
Delinquent Tuition Policy
We understand that an unforeseeable situation may arise; please communicate any disruptions with payment to the School Principal in writing within 3 days of the due date should a payment be late.  Only the Principal, Parish Priests, and School Finance Committee Chair may approve, in their sole discretion, exception to this policy and they must provide this exception to you in writing.  Students with delinquent tuition cannot begin a new trimester.
 
Fees/Tuition Conditions
In the case of delinquency and noncompliant communication the school will:

• Assess a $15 late fee per month on payments not received by 10 days past due date.
• The tuition management system will charge an NSF fee on Card and Automated Clearing ouse (ACH) payments that do not clear the bank.

Other conditions include:

• Students may be charged for other miscellaneous fees.
• Mother of Providence will not send transcripts to subsequent schools if there is a tuition balance due
• A refund for any withdrawal during the year will be a pro-rated percentage of the tuition amount, after deducting the full school fee amount. No refund will be issued without return of all MPRCS property such as textbooks and technology.
• Accounts requiring collection action will be liable for attorney fees and costs.
