Supply List

Supply list:  

1 Large School Bag (please label the outside, no wheels  please) 

1 Lunch Box (please label the outside) 

1 Reusable water bottle with no open spouts/must have spill-proof straw (please label)

Please bring the items below in a bag labeled with your child's name on parent night: 

1 pair of iPad headphones in a ziplock bag labeled with child’s name

1 rest mat: this is the soft roll-up type with a built-in blanket. (No vinyl mats please)  Your child’s name must be on the mat. Velcro closing as opposed to elastic straps

1 pack of fine (not ultra fine) dry erase colored markers

1 oversized t-shirt (old parent t-shirts are best) to be used as a painting smock. Label shirt on the outside front and back please and put in a labeled ziplock bag.

2 24 packs of Crayola crayons labeled  

1  plastic art box (pencil box) labeled on top (approx. size 8"X5"X2")

4 jumbo glue sticks 

1 child sized scissors labeled

1 pack of CRAYOLA WASHABLE markers

2 regular size (not mini) containers of playdough (please label the lid and canister side.) 

1 change of clothing in a labeled ziplock bag (gym sweatpants, gym t-shirt, underwear, socks,  just in case of an accident) Please send only gym clothing for the change of clothes.

The following items do not need labeling:

4 rolls of paper towels 

2 packs of baby wipes 

2 boxes of tissues
