Jeanne F. Brady, Ph.D., is Professor and Provost Emeritus. Dr. Jeanne Brady served as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Saint Joseph’s University and Professor of Educational Leadership until she retired in 2019. As the chief academic officer, she was responsible for providing the academic vision for the University. A seasoned academic administrator, Jeanne brings a combination of passion and experience to her leadership.
Jeanne Brady arrived at SJU in 1999 as Professor of Education. She is a scholar of curriculum theory and educational leadership, having researched and published extensively in these areas. Additionally, Jeanne has served in a variety of administrative and academic roles.
Jeanne Brady earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Miami University—Ohio, where she also completed her master’s degree. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Boston University. She began her career as a teacher before joining the faculty at Pennsylvania State University in 1992.
Jeanne and her husband, Vince Marriott, are members of St. John Chrysostom Parish.
